Wow!

The paper you are scanning has to be absolutely flat. If there is an uneven edge ( pages torn a spiral-bound notebook, glue reside on pages taken from a book, tears or folds etc..) it will catch while going through the scanner and the page will come out warped on the scan. Wow!!
